daily texas tidbit
Going to Texas was the first time I travelled alone and let me say, travelling alone was not scary or confusing like i thought it would be. Honestly, i think that it was actually less stressful travelling alone than it is to travel with my parents or in a large group. There is nobody nagging/yelling at me to get my passport out or to check if i have my EPI pen and things like that so it was an enjoyable two flights. I got pretty bored waiting for and during the flights... but that's where cheap trashy celebrity magazines come in :) " BRAD AND ANGELINA ARE ADOPTING A CHILD!? JESSICA AND NICK ARE SPLITTING?!"

Thankfully I didn't get lost in the Chicago airport (i came close though ahha) BUT this one black lady gave me SO MUCH attitude when i asked her, "Excuse me, is there a flight leaving for Texas from this gate at 1:30?" MAYBE i deserved it because maybe my question was stupid but she looked at me with that, "oh my goodness you are such an idiot" kind of look and said, "Well I don't know because Texas is a really large place so you'll have to be more specific than that." I was so taken back by that comment but i know that if it had happened to someone else and i had witnessed it, i would have laughed so hard.
